TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Universal Chemical Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. initiated Total Quality Management (TQM) in 1995. TQM started training the top management to develop the right culture. Next , the senior officers were taught the TQM concept, and these , in turn , made this movement percolate down to all employees . Now TQM has become away of life at Universal Chemical Industries. Universal’s Quality Management System has met the requirements of ISO 9000: 2000 Certification. Several awards won by Universal testify to our achievements.
